Your semester bill will be issued by the nation or student union. Please take care to pay the correct total amount and, if you are paying via Internet banking, correctly state the OCR number.

When the semester bill has been paid in full, your semester card will be sent to you automatically by mail within 2 weeks. The semester card is your proof of having paid the student union and nation fees.

Since autumn 2008, the semester card of all Uppsala's students is issued in cooperation with Mecenat, making it easier for you to enjoy student discounts all over the country and having only one card to keep track of.

Questions regarding your semester bill and your semester card should primarily be directed to your nation or student union.

Discount cards
There are two national cards that entitle the holders to student discounts, such as discounted travels with SJ and SAS. These two cards are the Mecenat card and Studentkortet. Uppsala Student Union has no cooperation with Studentkortet since autumn 2010.
