This page will give you information on which airports are in the vicinity and how you can reach them!

Stockholm International Airport, Arlanda, is situated 35 kilometers south of Uppsala. There are two ways of getting to Uppsala from Arlanda. One is to take a train called Upptåget. It leaves from Arlanda C every half an hour and the trip takes 15 minutes. Tickets cost 130 SEK one way. This train is run by Upplands Lokaltrafik (UL) and tickets can only be bought via UL's ticket machines, not SJ's. Here you can find Upptågets timetable.

Alternatively, you can take a bus (number 801), which costs 100 SEK one way. The trip takes 40 minutes. Timetables for the busses can be found here.  

Going by taxi to Uppsala would cost you approximately SEK 550 (ask for the fixed price). Taxi can be paid by card.

There are two other airports served by a few airlines. One is Bromma in the close vicinity of Stockholm city served from a few international destinations. The bus ride from Stockholm to Bromma takes around 15 minutes, and it also leaves about every 15 minutes. You can get to Stockholm by train - for more information about trains check here

Another airport serving the Stockholm area is Skavsta at the town of Nyköping around 100 kilometers south of Stockholm. Some low-cost airlines like Ryanair serve this airport from a few destinations. To arrive at Skavsta you can take a bus from Stockholm city. The total travelling time from Uppsala to Skavsta is around three hours. From Stockholm Central, you can get a bus to Skavsta.
